We do not offer full-time positions. However if you choose childcare positions you can work up to 40 hours per week!
For childcare positions the salaries range from EUR 11.50 to EUR 13 per hour before tax.
Our teaching positions' salaries range from EUR 16 to EUR 24 per hour.
Of course you can! However our baby-speakers usually work with only 1 family.
Because your job involves looking after children, you won’t work during school holidays. Please note that you will be paid only for the hours you actually worked for. In addition some families can ask you to come with them or take care of their children during holidays.
If you are an EU citizen or hold a dual EU passport, you do not need a visa or work permit for France, except if you are citizens from Croatia, Bulgaria and Romania.
For non EU residents, you require a visa to be able to work in France. The types of visas that enable you to work for our company include: Carte ou Visa Etudiant (Student Visa), Visa Vacances Travail (valid for citizens of Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Argentina, Japan, Hong Kong or South Korea), Visa Canada, Long Séjour Temporaire, Carte ou visa Vie Privée et Familiale (private life visa) or Carte Resident. If you hold a Salarié visa, and it has been valid for more than 1 year, you can also apply.
If you are not sure which visa best suits you or if you want more information, contact the French embassy in your country as they will have the current requirements for what is involved to obtain a visa.
The first thing you should do is call the family, and then us, whether you managed to reach the parents or not, so that we can make sure that they did get the information and find someone to replace you for that day they if needed. If, for some reason, you do not manage to get through, send the family and us an e-mail with “URGENT” in the subject so that we can call you right back.
