Internship in offline communication
As an intern in offline communication, you will participate in the completion of our offline communication strategy related to our recruitment.
Your tasks will be to generate a flow of qualified candidates throughout our different communication channels.
Another task will be to maintain current and future partnerships both in France and internationally. The position also implies a vast amount of work regarding the representation of our company at different recruitment fairs as well as our presence at the various universities in France, where you will present the company to students in English. Last but not least you will be in charge of organizing our monthly events.
Depending on your profile and personal skills, other tasks will be entrusted to you. To apply you must be studying at a business or communication school, be independent and well-organized, proactive and creative, and have a good level of English, both written and oral.
Internship in Digital communication
The position as an intern in digital communication implies a vast amount of work in online recruitment. You will be carrying out our online communication strategy, as well as helping to develop new strategies and ideas. You will be helping to create publicity and spread our offers in English and in French on various job boards as well as on social media. Additionally you will be surveying and analyzing the results of our online projects and help to optimize the online strategy.
Furthermore there is a lot of journalistic work in relation to this particular internship, as you will be editing the content to our website, writing blogs and newsletters. Finally you will be in charge of our different online communities that we communicate through. This involves a vast amount of research, regular publication of content and last but not least management of our online communities in order to maintain a good e-reputation.
We are looking for a person who is studying business or communication, with an open and creative mindset and the ability to create an overview at the same time.
Internship in our HR department
As a part of our HR department you will be trained in Mômji’s recruitment methods and in the parring of teachers and families.
Your main assignment is to choose the best qualified candidates and to organize recruitment interviews, for the most part conducted in English.
Furthermore the position implies a great deal of administrative work, involving answering HR-related questions from our clients and employees. Additionally you will continuously be involved with our employee profiles.
To become part of our HR team as an intern you need to have very good interpersonal skills and be a good team player. A fluent level of English is an absolute must since the majority of the tasks will be performed in English.
Sales intern
As an intern in our Sales department you will be trained in our sales methods with the help from a sales manager. Your primary task will be to ensure that our services run smoothly. You will have to be in tune with the special needs of our clients and sell and negotiate contracts at the same time. The position as an intern in our sales department also involves quality monitoring and setting of sales objectives. You will be participating in our weekly meeting and contributing to joint projects with the rest of the HR department.
